I am a Swiss-Peruvian musical artist and mental health advocate. I was born with a speech impediment and have lived with OCD and ADHD since childhood. At the age of 20 I developed a severe anxiety and panic disorder followed by depression. Having lived with these conditions for decades, I use music as a form of therapy as well as a tool for raising awareness about mental health issues. The aim of my message is to connect with individuals in similar situations and hopefully help them overcome their personal struggles. My motto is: "When I make music, I open up my soul to the listener. No walls, no filters, just the truth."
