The instrumental trio VADVA was born in 2020, and their sound harks back to the old school of math rock and the even older school of progressive rock, all spiced up with some sludge metal riffs. The members play and have played in bands such as Me And That Man, At The Soundawn, Oscar di Mondogemello, You vs. Everything, Fakir Thongs, and Donkey Breeder.
Their debut album TORDO was released on March 25, 2022 and is available on all digital platforms.
The album was recorded live last December in Modena by Lorenzo Vacondio and Stefano "Nino" Iori in their living room, while mix and master are by Riccardo "Paso" Pasini of Studio 73 in Ravenna (ITA).
